Because even when it’s not mentioned explicitly we all know that the only reason people don’t vaccinate their children is because they don’t want people like me to exist.

If your reason for not vaccinating your child is a scientifically baseless fear that it will somehow make them autistic, you are suggesting that they, first of all, would be ‘broken’ if they were autistic, and, second of all, that you would love them less if they were autistic.
