Friendly reminder that Jemma Simmons never saw Fitz at his “worst”. He got worse after Simmons left, according to Coulson, and we can assume fake!Simmons didn’t show up until real!Simmons was gone. So for all we know, what we see as progress for Fitz at the moment might look like backtracking to Jemma. He very well could be acting worse at the moment than he did when she last saw him.

After especially rough missions when the X-Men are all back at the mansion recuperating Ororo likes to make it gently rain to help sooth them to sleep (they like it better than Charles telepathically putting them to sleep, it feels more natural and they get more rest that way)
Bucky, Clint, and Natasha have a longstanding joke where Bucky refers to them as “mom and dad”, and they call him “son”. This comes complete with warnings not to stay out too late, and to do his homework.

Darcy and Nick Fury knew each other long before the events of Thor. Nick dated her mother an he was Darcy’s favorite boyfriend of her mothers, her mother screws it up by getting back together with her ex-fiancé. Darcy and Nick stayed in contact though and helped her pay for college and she knew what he actually did. She was in pol-sci so she could join SHIELD and be his left hand. In the end she became the Avengers liaison.
