because black people have this taught idea that they have to constantly constantly constantly prove their worth and if there is a space of time where a significant amount of “productivity” has not been made then we have fallen completely back into a realm of nothingness and vaulessness. It’s policing ourselves so harshly and it’s created out of internalized racism.
