The Judge that sentenced Jared Fogle to 15 years. The prosecutors wanted 12+ and his defense asked for 5 years. She gave him 15 years.
When Fogle was speaking and asked for the minimum sentence, he mentioned his wife and said that she would be a ‘single mother’.
Judge Pratt interrupted Fogle to say that he gave her $7 million dollars and his wife would be fine.
I like this Judge.
