Whoever runs this account knows what’s up
Some advantages that dubs have over subs:
- You can look at the scenery/characters’ faces and not be distracted reading subtitles
- Sometimes you get a better “feel” for what’s being said if you’re hearing it in your own language
- Maybe, just maybe, they got the voices matched better to the characters in the dub compared with the original (though this is completely subjective)
Honestly I like them both and don’t understand the whole Sub vs. Dub discourse in the anime fandom. There are a few dubs I genuinely despise, but for the most part I tend do like them about the same.
Also some people are dyslexic and wouldn’t have to worry about that while watching a dub.
Also maybe the dub is actually enjoyable and sub only weebs should quit the elitist act and let people enjoy their native dubs from their countries if they please?
