DEFENDERS AU: Matt dies at the end of the fight with Nobu. Elektra, reluctantly, finds herself becoming the new protector of Hell’s Kitchen in his place, and adapts surprisingly well to the role. Unbeknownst to her, the Hand has resurrected Matt for sinister purposes.

Months later, the Hand makes their move, and Elektra finds herself facing the one person she thought she would never face again.
