Tags: animorphs the great animorphs reread the encounter TOBIAS MY POOR LONELY WARFORGED CHILD RACHEL MY BOLD BELOVED BLOODIED SISTER PRINCE JAKE yeah i'm a wreck just just leave me I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW EARLY THEY HAVE A SUICIDE ATTEMPT JESUS J E S U S i mean to be fair tobias was pretty clearly depressed pre-war and i get it but W O W THREE BOOKS IN KIDS and like i get that everyone clocks the start of the 'real PTSD' at marco's PTSD nightmare in book five but i'm just saying tobias is never SQUEAMISH okay his glitch is almost certainly NOT that he killed i mean he rips out a hork-bajir's eyes in the yeerk pool in book one i think his hangup is what he manages to express to rachel later he's terrified that by giving in to the hawk's hunting instincts he's becoming as bad as the yeerks that that's maybe not full-blown PTSD (although some time i should talk about my thoughts on tobias' pre-war life and the effects of that) but that's definitely SOMETHING
